Trial Introductory Flight
Ever wondered what it’s like to take the controls of a helicopter? Our Trial Introductory Flight is the perfect way to experience the thrill of flying firsthand—no prior experience required. Guided by one of our highly experienced instructors, you’ll discover the excitement of helicopter flight in a safe and unforgettable way.
This experience begins with our intensive ground school, where you’ll be introduced to the helicopter’s controls and instruments. Then, take to the skies over beautiful Lake Hume, where you’ll gradually take the controls and feel what it’s like to fly. It’s an exhilarating adventure and the perfect gift for someone who has everything—or anyone who has always dreamed of flying a helicopter. One thing’s certain: the smile will last for days.

Private Pilot Licence • PPL(H)
To earn your Private Pilot Helicopter (PPL(H)) licence, you’ll complete both flight training and theory learning. This includes a minimum number of flight hours, cross-country navigation, emergency procedures, and mastering takeoffs, landings, and hovering. You’ll also study aviation law, weather, flight planning, and aircraft systems.
With a Class 2 medical certificate, successful written exams, and a final flight test with a certified examiner, you’ll be ready to enjoy the freedom of flying your own helicopter.

Commercial Pilot Licence • CPL(H)
To earn your Commercial Pilot Helicopter (CPL(H)) licence, you’ll complete advanced flight training and in-depth theory studies. This includes a higher minimum number of flight hours, cross-country navigation, emergency procedures, low-level operations, and mastering complex aircraft handling. You’ll also study commercial aviation law, meteorology, advanced flight planning, human factors, and aircraft performance.
With a Class 1 medical certificate, successful written exams, and a final flight test with a certified examiner, you’ll be qualified to fly professionally and be paid for your skills—opening the door to a wide range of career opportunities in the helicopter industry.
